Product Details: NYP series high viscosity gear pump, also known as high viscosity gear pump, is a new type of volumetric pump developed according to the needs of petroleum, chemical, dyestuff, coating, paint, grease, medicine, food and other industries. It is suitable for conveying all kinds of light and volatile liquids up to heavy and viscous liquids, even semi-solid liquids and so on. This machine is equipped with a powerful drive system, the pump is able to sub provide a strong driving torque at low speed, so it can continuously and uninterruptedly convey without damaging the materials.  Working Principle: NYP series gear oil pumps primarily consist of an inner rotor, an outer rotor, a shaft, a pump housing, a front cover, a bracket, seals, bearings, and other components. This product delivers fluid by utilizing changes in the working volume between the pump housing and the meshing gears. As the gears rotate, the volume of the chamber on the meshing side increases from small to large, creating a vacuum that draws in the liquid. When the volume of the chamber on the meshing side increases, the liquid is forced out through the discharge port.

  Hydraulic pumping unit «UNGR-3000R» is designed to create hydrostatic pressure in high pressure chambers from 0 to 4000 bar (kgf/cm2). The unit «UNGR-3000R» is successfully used for compression, control and pressing by the oil injection method of tapered and cylindrical joints for various purposes and for pumping the oil gap in wheel pairs during the repair of railway rolling stock.
