Preparation: For dough, dissolve the yeast in water. Pour the mixture into flour and stir until smooth. Leave to ferment at room temperature for 12-14 hours. At the end of the fermentation, form the bread and place it in the proofing basket with the seam up. Leave on for 30-40 minutes. Turn the workpiece onto a baking sheet, make cuts and bake with steam for the first 10 minutes at 230 ° C, then lower the temperature to 180 ° C and bring the bread to readiness.
