The module for slaughtering cattle is a fully equipped and technologically complete section in the form of an autonomous unit, within which operations are performed: - stunning and slaughter of cattle; - hanging the carcass on an overhead track with using a telfer; - gutting (removal and sorting of entrails); - cutting into quarters; - weighing and sending quarters for storage. Moving the carcass from one position to another within the module is carried out using a hanging track. Outside, the module is lined with galvanized corrugated board, insulation - polyurethane foam, wall thickness 100 mm. The inside is made of stainless steel. The module provides for a supply and drainage of water, there is lighting. All working positions have appropriate equipment and means of mechanization, as well as sanitation and hygiene products, such as a sterilizer for knives, a contactless washstand.
