The fans are manufactured on modern equipment using high-quality components and materials. Carbon steel parts are processed and coated with a special powder paint. Stainless and galvanized steel elements have protective properties against atmospheric influences and aggressive moving media.   The impeller of the correct geometry does not require additional balancing measures on the object, is strong and durable, has high efficiency and ideal aerodynamic characteristics. It is equipped with a quick-release hub for easy maintenance.   The fans undergo all necessary tests before shipment to the end user and comply with safety standards and environmental requirements.    Additional equipment:   control panel; mounting cup; a condensate collection tray.  Axial fans   The line of axial fans is designed for use in supply and exhaust systems of general exchange and technological ventilation of buildings and structures of various types. The design of the fans is general industrial, explosion–proof. The fan body is made of painted carbon steel, the blades are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide.   The main sizes produced are:   4,0 4,5 5,0 5,6 6,3 7,1 8,0 9,0 10,0 11,2 12,5.   The cylindrical shell, rolled from structural steel, performs the function of the housing. Flanges with holes for bolting are provided for connecting the fan to the network ducts. The fan body is painted. Inside the housing there is an impeller with fiberglass-reinforced polyamide blades. The fan blades have an aerodynamic profile, which gives the fans high energy efficiency. A variety of impeller configurations allows you to select a fan with a minimum deviation from the specified network parameters in the entire range of the series. The impeller sleeve is pressed directly onto the rotor of an electric asynchronous motor. Industrial fans Industrial (industrial) fans are designed to move gas-air media in systems where high performance, high pressures, highest efficiency, high temperatures, low noise are required. Parallel or sequential installation of fans is allowed to increase air flow or pressure.   Advantages:   5 episodes; capacity up to 500,000 m3/h; pressure up to 35,000 Pa; temperature up to 5000C; 1st, 3rd, 5th connection diagram; highest EFFICIENCY; low noise level; explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant design. Depending on the series, fans can be used to transport both clean air and mixed with dust or particles of various fractions.   Fan Series:   CL – low-pressure for moving clean air; CH – high-pressure for moving clean air; SD – for moving polluted air; VD – for moving dirty air; MC – for pneumatic transport. The main connection diagrams of the electric motor and the fan impeller:   Scheme 1: direct drive through the shaft of the electric motor on which the impeller is mounted; Scheme 3: the drive is carried out from the motor shaft to the fan shaft through a coupling. The fan shaft is mounted on two rolling bearings; Scheme 5: the drive is carried out from the motor shaft to the fan shaft via a belt drive. Depending on the task, the fans are made of various types of steels. This can be a corrosion-resistant stainless steel version, both of the entire fan with a frame, and only its flowing part. Wear-resistant steels such as Creusabro, Hardox, and Corten alloy steel can be used to solve special tasks.   They can be made using various types of painting, from a standard coating made of polyester powder Qualicoat, to a special powder coating on a matte black silicone base Hotblack. By default, the fans are painted in RAL 9005 Jet Black, on request in any color from the RAL catalog.   The fans have a certificate of conformity for the movement of explosive gas-air media classified in subgroups IIA, IIB, IIC. The level of explosion protection, the subgroup of equipment and the temperature class of the fans in the assembly are determined in accordance with the explosion protection marking of the electric motor used.
